Le Mirage Sunset

During our trip to the Philippines, we stayed for a couple of nights at this place called Le Mirage in Malate (near Manila Bay). I wasn’t too thrilled with the place but at least I got to see one nice Manila Bay sunset.

This is called a Parol, which is essentially a Philippine Christmas lantern. It currently hangs on our verandah here in Kingsford. I wish I could go back for Christmas but the Aussie dollar sucks at the moment
